One agentic platform, three ways to integrate.
Kiedo Kompliance orchestrates your policies, your agents and external data engines into one decisioning layer, exposed through conversational agents, a widget, and an API.

Conversational RAG agents

Pay external engines only for the cases that earn the check.
The platform runs internal policy screening before any external verification. That single architectural choice is the source of the up-to-60% cost saving.

Platform questions, answered.
Can we use only the API?
Yes. The REST and MCP API exposes the same orchestration layer used by the widget and agents. With Kiedo Kompliance, your managers can connect directly to their preferred AI model (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, etc.) and perform custom analyses without necessarily having to use the pre-set ones on the platform.
What does a multi-tenant platform mean?
This means that within a single account, you can create multiple platforms (tenants), each with different products, which in turn can have customised rules and behaviours. Each tenant has isolated data, policies, agents and audit trails.
Which jurisdictions are covered?
We essentially cover all jurisdictions worldwide. Our experience and regulatory framework are based on the countries where we operate and are governed by the relevant supervisory authorities (EU, CH, UK, US, CA, NZ), but our compliance processes can be adapted to any other jurisdiction without the need for adjustments. Should there be any specific requirements, our team will be happy to discuss and develop bespoke solutions.
Where does the 60% cost reduction come from?
From running policy-first pre-onboarding before external engines, so paid checks are triggered only on cases that pass internal screening. A major cost for all financial institutions is starting the onboarding process using third-party platforms without first checking that the customer meets the financial institution’s risk appetite. With Kiedo Compliance, this issue has been eliminated, meaning that data is only requested from third-party platforms once the onboarding process has been pre-approved.
Apart from the cost, what are the benefits of using Kiedo Kompliance?
There are numerous advantages, but the two main ones are accuracy and international nature. Kiedo Kompliance never makes a mistake when typing a name. It never skips steps due to distractions. It never forgets the policies and always applies them 100%. Of course, even Kiedo Kompliance can make mistakes, but 99% of the time this is because it hasn’t been fully trained or provided with the correct documentation. In addition, Kiedo Kompliance speaks over 20 languages, including Mandarin Chinese and Arabic, without any human intervention. It speaks the language in which the conversation begins. If the onboarding process is initiated by someone living in Germany, the agent recognises this and speaks to them in German.
What does ‘human-in-the-loop’ mean, and when is it triggered?
“Human-in-the-loop” means being able to supervise, coordinate and train digital agents just as one would real employees serving the user. Thanks to a comprehensive control system, the human supervisor decides what the agents can and cannot do. The conditions under which this control takes place are determined by the Compliance Officer, both during the training and creation of workflows, and at any time an event occurs or simply when he or she decides to do so. There are endless possibilities for control, and the first major assurance is that your digital employees or collaborators NEVER make decisions that you have not decided upon and assessed.
What does it mean that I can design the onboarding workflow?
Kiedo Kompliance offers you three ways to design your workflow. The first, and most traditional, is using predefined instruction blocks or ones you can create yourself on the spot. The second is visual, using a digital whiteboard where you can actually draw a flow by adding conditions and rules. The third is via a regular prompt, letting the AI create it for you. Clearly, once created using the third option, the result will appear in visual mode and you can edit it via prompts, using visual tools, or via the blocks. 100% control and creativity
What types of agents can I create, and what are their functions?
When you create one or more agents, the first thing you do is define their role. a. Start with the onboarding agent: KYC, KYB. Here, you specify the platforms and products they will be responsible for overseeing. b. Next, you can create the pre-screening agent (crucial for saving money on the final onboarding process). c. Now you can create your Retention agent, i.e. the agent who, once the customer is on-boarded, will follow up with the customer to ensure the relationship remains up to date and in good standing in terms of compliance. d. Now create the agent who manages and analyses documents. e. Provide the agents with all the rules, policies and procedures for their training and to build their knowledge base. f. Define which channels these agents can use, including the classic web widget, WhatsApp and Telegram. g. Customise the agent with your logo, colours and fonts. h. Enter customised instructions such as the tone to use, the type of behaviour, etc. READY. YOUR team of Compliance Agents is ready, without the need for IT intervention. Everything is 100% operational after a 10-minute setup
